Pricing & Payment
How much does junk removal cost?
Pricing starts at $99 and varies based on the volume of junk you need removed. Call or text us at (469) 905-2810 for a custom quote — we'll give you an upfront price before any work begins.
Do you charge by weight or volume?
We charge by volume (how much space your items take up in our truck), not by weight. This is typically more affordable for customers.
Are there any hidden fees?
No! Our pricing is completely transparent. The quote you receive online is what you pay (unless you add items on the day of service).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service.
Scheduling & Service
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes! In many cases, we can accommodate same-day pickups. Check our online booking calendar for real-time availability.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sunday service may be available upon request.
Do I need to be present during pickup?
Not necessarily. As long as the items are accessible and you've provided clear instructions, we can complete the job without you being present.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, but we often have same-day availability.
Items & Disposal
What items do you accept?
We accept most household and commercial items including furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, boxes, yard waste, construction debris, and general clutter.
What items do you NOT accept?
We cannot accept hazardous materials including paint, chemicals, asbestos, biological waste, and certain types of batteries. Contact us if you're unsure about a specific item.
Do you recycle?
Absolutely! We recycle and donate items whenever possible. We partner with local charities and recycling facilities to minimize landfill waste.
Can you remove items from inside my home?
Yes! Our full-service removal includes entering your home, lifting and loading all items, and cleaning up the area. You just point, we haul.
Service Areas
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex including Dallas, Fort Worth, McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Allen, Garland, Mesquite, Arlington, Irving, Denton, Rockwall, and surrounding areas.
Do you charge for travel?
The first 30 miles are included at no extra charge. Beyond that, we charge $1 per additional mile.
Will you come to rural areas?
Yes, we service rural areas within our service radius. Distance fees may apply.

Are you a legitimate business?
Absolutely. Junk Haus is a registered LLC — a real, established business you can trust to show up, do the job right, and stand behind their work.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge.
Do you offer commercial services?
Yes! We provide junk removal services for businesses, offices, retail stores, warehouses, and construction sites.
